Complaint channel

Complaint mailbox for bad practices

The Government Board dated 01-12-2018 agreed to create a channel for reporting bad practices by persons linked to the entity (professionals, volunteers, employers, collaborators) as a system of prevention of legal compliance.

The communication will be deposited in mailboxes outside the organization corresponding to the President and the Director. The information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality by transferring the complainant of the measures they decide to take.
