“Bring out your best version” with the Awaken your Talent project.

Awaken your Talent is a socio-labor project that offers different tools to its participants to improve their employability.

How do we do it?

Through training workshops in which self-esteem, digital skills and communication are worked on. All this, to internalize content that can be very useful in the job search.

Self-esteem: The awaken your talent project allows us to know our best qualities and potentialities, at the same time that we discover others. In this way we also gain security and self-confidence.

Communication: Good communication is essential for a healthy coexistence at work, whether you are looking for a job or are already in one. It is necessary to know what we want to say and the best way to express it.

Digital workshops: New technologies are present in practically all spaces, so for Awaken Your Talent, learning about their use is essential for our autonomy.

The objective is for participants to apply for job offers, prepare for job interviews, prepare their résumé in an appropriate manner, etc.
