We welcome Isabel Lozano, Councillor for Social Services, to our activities with children and families

The meeting took place at the Orriols Municipal Youth Centre. The Councillor was able to learn about the methodology and development of the Re-fuerza project and a session of the School for Families.

The training session for families was entitled “Healthy Valentine’s Day” and aimed to highlight the importance of good nutrition, some tips on how to read product labels and some easy and fun recipes. In addition, thanks to the contribution of SanLucar Fruit, participants took home a fruit basket and a calendar of seasonal fruit and vegetables.

The activity of the Re-fuerza project, which provides homework support to children in need, took place in parallel with the session for families.

With this meeting, we continue to work closely with the social welfare and integration service of the València City Council, promoting greater educational opportunities for children and families.
