Volunteers evaluate the training they have received.
One of the objectives of the Foundation’s training area is to accompany volunteers from the moment they register as volunteers, providing them with the necessary tools to carry out their work with children. This programme aims to be a benchmark in the training of volunteers, which is why the Foundation provides a form at the end of each course so that volunteers can make an assessment, contribute their vision and suggestions for improvement.
From the evaluation report for the 22/23 academic year, in which we obtained 155 responses, we have detailed two salient data:
85% consider the training received to be very effective and within this 85%, 20% consider the training received to have exceeded their expectations.
